Schedule of Events

We have a full weekend planned at Domaine des Halles. Below is a guide to each day — all times are approximate and subject to change as we finalize details.

Arrival Day

Friday, April 16

4:00 PM onwards

Check-In

Arrive at Domaine des Halles and settle into your room. Our team will be on hand to welcome you and help you get acquainted with the castle grounds.

Join us for an informal welcome reception in [location — e.g., the great hall / on the terrace]. A wonderful chance to reconnect with family and friends before the big day.

Celebrate with cocktails and hors d'oeuvres on the terrace (weather dependent) while we take photos with the wedding party.

A plated dinner is served, with toasts from the wedding party throughout the evening.

Farewell Day

Sunday, April 18

Farewell Brunch

Join us one last time for a relaxed farewell brunch in the salons. A casual morning to reminisce, say your goodbyes, and enjoy one final meal together.

Check-Out

All guests are kindly asked to check out by noon. We hope you leave with full hearts and wonderful memories. Safe travels!

Good to Know

Staying On-Site

All guests are staying at the castle. Check-in is Friday from 4:00 PM and check-out is Sunday by 12:00 PM.

Getting Here

We recommend a train that departs from the Paris airport and arrives in Lyon. If you are interested in taking a shuttle to the venue, please let us know. There is parking available on site if you chose to rent a car.

Dress Code

The dress code for the wedding is black tie. Additionally, ladies please refrain from wearing white out of respect for the bride. See the FAQ section for additional dress code information.
